Formal charges have been brought against two men following a luggage theft where a substance thought to be irritant spray led to people being hurt at the major London air hub.
Tyrone Richards, 31, and Anton Clarke-Butcher, 24, are accused of two counts of robbery and two counts of using a harmful chemical, according to official statements.
These accusations come after an probe of an assault at the parking structure at Heathrow's Terminal Three on the weekend. Before the assault occurred, two female travelers had their luggage taken after exiting a car park lift, police said.
